Ryan joined Schweet Linde & Coulson in 2022 expanding his practice to include creditors’ rights in addition to his 14 years’ experience focusing on commercial and residential landlord tenant law. He takes pride in understanding his client’s goals from a fundamental perspective and aggressively represents his client’s interests to achieve the best results. Ryan is an experienced and effective negotiator who can apply a variety of negotiation strategies to achieve the client’s goals based on the facts and circumstances of each case. Ryan also has extensive courtroom experience when negotiations break down and has successfully argued many difficult and novel cases.
Ryan is a native Midwesterner and Army veteran who brings a competitive work ethic to the practice of law. Ryan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern State University with a double major in History and Political Science, earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Ryan is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western District of Washington.
