Conner joined Schweet Linde & Coulson as an associate attorney in 2019 after previously supporting the attorneys and staff at Schweet Linde & Coulson in his capacity as a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern. Conner’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, construction law, commercial litigation, real estate, and creditor’s rights. He represents clients on issues related to relief from the automatic stay in chapter 7 proceedings, chapter 11 proceedings, and chapter 13 proceedings. Conner also assists creditors in obtaining repossession of collateral, and supports the collection efforts of creditors via litigation in Washington’s state courts.
Conner received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communication Studies, cum laude, from Western Washington University in 2015. He received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 2019 where Conner served as a member of both the Moot Court Board and the Seattle Journal for Social Justice.
Conner is licensed in Washington’s state courts as well as the Federal and Bankruptcy Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, the Creditor-Debtor Section of the King County Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the King County Bar Association.
