Michael Sperry is a Member at Schweet Linde & Rosenblum, PLLC in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Sperry primarily represents parties in Creditor-Debtor matters including representation of creditors, equity holders, and other interested parties in out of court settlements, state court litigation, bankruptcy filings of all Chapters, and Washington State receivership proceedings. Mr. Sperry is licensed in Washington state courts as well as the District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Sperry began his practice representing debtors in insolvency proceedings, but transitioned to representing creditors when he joined the firm has chaired and presented at seminars for the both the Washington and King County Bar Associations, Seattle University’s College of Law, and private CLEs on topics regarding Creditor-Debtor and bankruptcy issues, and was named a Rising Star by SuperLawyers Magazine from 2020 through 2024, was recently named as a SuperLawyer, and he currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Washington State Bar Creditor-Debtor Section.
